Harrogate Convention Suite

Two adjacent duplex Apartments opposite the Harrogate Convention Centre on the King’s Road. Each with their own private entrance door. Sleeps up to 14 guests. Offering plenty of space and privacy equivalent to 5 hotel rooms for larger business or leisure groups. All bedrooms have a super-king bed which can split to twins by request.

Apartment One ( 3 bedrooms)

The first apartment is accessed by a ground floor front door and has a lounge, sofa bed (sleeps an additional 2 guests) dining table and 6 chairs, SMART TV. Fully fitted kitchen for self catering with double fan oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, Nespresso machine & washer/dryer. Separate cloakroom with WC and basin.

Bedroom One – super-king bedroom, with a wall mounted SMART TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath.Downstairs there are two further super-king bedrooms.

Bedroom Two – super-king bed, SMART TV, chest of drawers, hanging space, en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.

Bedroom Three – super-king bed, SMART TV, wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.

Apartment Two (2 bedrooms)

Private front door into its own hall way. Large well equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, American fridge freezer, combination microwave oven, built in bean to cup coffee machine, dishwasher and is fully equipped for meal preparation and service.

The lounge has a king size sofa bed (sleeps additional 2 guests), large screen cable TV, free Wi-fi, sound bar, dining table and 6 chairs.

Downstairs there are 2 super-king bedrooms.

Bedroom One – super-king bed, wall mounted TV with VIRGIN, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table with vanity mirror and an en-suite walk in shower room.

Bedroom Two – super-king bed, and a wardrobe.

Luxury house bathroom with large platform bath with shower over, underfloor heating, wall mounted WC and basin.
